Summary:
The Associate Brand Manager will support the Brand Manager in supporting the strategic development and execution of brand strategies, promotional plans, and marketing initiatives. The Associate Brand Manager will collaborate cross-functionally across departments and play a key role in driving brand growth, supporting product launches and enhancing customer engagement across channels, while maintaining alignment with company-wide goals and brand standards.
Responsibilities:
Support Brand Strategy Development:
- Assist in the development and implementation of brand strategies that align with company goals.
- Contribute to the development of promotional plans and marketing campaigns.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to gather customer insights and identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Identify market trends, customer preferences and competitive landscapes to inform marketing strategies.
Campaign Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and/or self-create integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, sales tools, and traditional advertising.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all marketing materials and communication channels.
Brand Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform marketing strategies.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Budget Management:
- Assist in managing budgets and allocating resources to maximize return on investment.
- Track, forecast, and report on budget and provide recommendations to address gaps.
Team Collaboration and Support:
- Coordinate with internal teams and outside vendors to support brand campaigns and events.
Requirements:
Education
Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field OR equivalent experience in a similar role.
Experience
1-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
- Proficiency utilizing Adobe Creative Suite and experience creating marketing materials (preferred).
