Summary:
S&S Cycle is seeking a passionate and performance-driven Content Marketing Specialist to help fuel our brand’s growth through compelling storytelling, strategic content creation, and data-informed marketing. In this role, you’ll craft and manage engaging content that resonates with motorcycle enthusiasts, supports our product launches, and drives traffic across digital channels. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with business goals—while using analytics tools to measure and optimize results. Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute content across multiple platforms (blog, email, social media, website)
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand messaging and campaigns
- Monitor and analyze key content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, etc)
- Generate reports on product trends for web sales and social media activities
- Generate reports on market share versus competition
- Conduct audience research to identify content gaps and opportunities
- Actively participate in website development
- Execute all social media posting and paid postings
- Demonstrate strong planning and project management skills
- Support tradeshow efforts to include display design, product selection, show plans, and execution
- Present and maintain professional image of S&S Cycle internally and externally
- Thoroughly understand and adhere to the department goals, objectives, and strategy
- Establish and maintain credibility throughout the organization as an effective developer of solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, data analytics, strategy, or equivalent required
- Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing, or similar role
- Ability to interpret data to inform content strategy
- Knowledgeable in the v-twin and/or powersports industry
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Excel, etc)
- Familiarity with paid advertising metrics (Google ads, Meta ads)
- Strong planning and project management skills
- Strong design and layout skills and experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; working knowledge of computer applications
- Flexible, energetic, forward-thinking, and creative with high moral and ethical standards
- High analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
- Well organized and self-directed
- Able to relate to people at all levels of the organization in a positive fashion
- Graphic design or video editing skills are preferred
