Summary:
Develops and implements social media strategies that align with NAL initiatives and goals. Creates and monitors social media content and responds to comments and suggestions to enhance the NAL brand. Leads messaging campaigns for NAL. Assists recruiters in designing and implementing marketing & social media campaigns aimed at attracting top talent. Collaborates with NAL Corporate Human Resources and public relations firm on initiatives to create stronger, more vibrant workplace culture and brand.
Responsibilities:
- Manages and maintains NAL social media accounts for Facebook, LinkedIN, Twitter and other Social Media outlets.
- Works with leadership to craft and create companywide messaging plans for NAL through multiple channels.
- Researches and stays current on the latest social media trends to positively promote NAL.
- Promotes NAL’s corporate social responsibility by collaborating with outside organizations for community involvement.
- Works with recruiters and managers on talent acquisition administration to source the best candidates.
- Collaborates with colleagues at NAL to create department or job-related content that illustrates NAL’s use of technology.
- Posts open positions internally, on the NAL web site, online job sites and social media.
- Supports the design and maintenance of NAL’s website and ensures search engines are driving traffic to the site and created social media content.
- Performs other duties assigned
Requirements:
Must meet one of the following Education and Experience requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or other related Business Discipline, plus 2 to 4 years’ related experience; OR
- Associate's Degree in Business or a related discipline plus 4 to 6 years of experience in a related position
Prior experience running a Social Media campaign for an organization.
Strong knowledge, skills, and abilities in the following areas:
- Basic Office/Administrative skills
- Math, analysis, and problem solving skills
- Organizational and planning skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Computer skills—proficiency using standard business software, including MS Office
- Written and verbal communications skills
- Interpersonal skills —to confidently interact with individuals at all levels of authority and to maintain composure in stressful and/or sensitive situations
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000
