We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Video Production Specialist to join our creative team. Whether it’s for branded marketing campaigns, product training and testimonials, event coverage, or internal communications, you will play a critical role in bringing our brand’s vision to life through video.
You will work alongside a passionate and innovative team that values creativity and collaboration. This role will provide you with an opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the creative direction of our in-house video production team.
Responsibilities:
- Create compelling videos and digital materials for both internal and external use; ensuring deliverables are of high quality and align with company standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather project requirements and keep all stakeholders updated on progress throughout the entire production process.
- Source elements including video footage, photos, music, and quotes to enhance video and radio advertising.
- Convert third-party audio and video files to compatible formats.
- Craft compelling motion graphics or VFX packages for digital displays and video productions.
- Work with vendors and external creative teams to ensure seamless project delivery in a timely manner.
- Draft budget proposals for required equipment and tools, providing recommendations.
- Oversee photography and video shoots, including lighting setup, set design, and audio production.
- Manage and troubleshoot TruDigital systems across all Federated campuses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Radio/TV Broadcasting, Digital Media, Advertising, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in audio-visual production, with strong proficiency in studio equipment.
- Demonstrated experience in crafting compelling visual content.
- Skilled in operating audio/visual equipment including expertise in Sony cinema camera systems.
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects.
- Knowledge of and/or a willingness to learn a variety of graphics software including Cinema4d, Boris FX, Red Giant, and various other After Effects plugins.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team while managing tight deadlines.
- Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills to ensure successful project completion with various departments.
- Ability to handle confidential business/personnel information securely.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Be available for evening/weekend hours and on-call as needed.
- Must lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
- Dexterity to ascend ladders and perform tasks requiring manual precision.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay range is $32.70 per hour to $44.30 per hour. Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information can be discussed with a member of the Recruiting team.
