Summary:

The Digital Account Manager is a personable, confident, enthusiastic, motivated individual with a passion for customer service and who can coordinate team members to ensure we are meeting our clients’ needs. In addition, the Digital Account Manager is expected to build long-lasting relationships with our clients and offer assistance in the areas of website content management, web analytics, web hosting, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for all client concerns and needs.
- Develop and cultivate a strong, consultative, trusting relationship with each client.
- Manage workflow within multiple accounts and team structures.
- Organize and plan workflow with internal team members to deliver client needs in an appropriate timeframe and budget.
- Work together with clients and internal team members to discuss account progress and brainstorm new ways to grow the account.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s company service offerings, and be able to communicate their attributes and values.
- Become proficient with a variety of software tools and platforms (as needed), including Salesforce, Basecamp, Liquid Planner, WordPress, etc.
- Actively pursue sales opportunities based on in-depth knowledge of clients’ businesses, objectives, and budgets.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service, technical, marketing, sales, media/creative agency, or computer-related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability and desire to provide exceptional customer service.
- Proactive, relationship-based selling skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, monitor monthly budgets, and adhere to timelines.
- Ability to promote teamwork with developers, designers, and marketing specialists to efficiently work toward our client goals.
- Understand the client’s concerns and suggest appropriate solutions.
- An aptitude for web technology.
- Proficient using G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

Compensation & Benefits:
- $50K - 65K salary range
