You’ll lead bold, results-driven initiatives that drive seasoning and equipment sales to meat processors, butcher shops, and foodservice professionals across North America. From developing high-performing, multi-channel campaigns to leading our national tradeshow strategy and sales enablement programs, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding market share and brand influence. Responsibilities:
B2B Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing plans focused on seasoning and equipment sales to meat processors, butcher shops, foodservice professionals and industrial customers.
- Partner with Sales Leaders to identify growth opportunities, support account-based marketing efforts, and improve sales enablement and CSR (Salesforce) tools.
- Refine and deploy targeted B2B email campaigns, paid digital advertising, trade show strategies, and customer acquisition programs that align with annual growth targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
Trade Shows & Events
- Lead planning and execution of 20+national and regional trade shows that support customer engagement and lead generation.
- Create post-show strategies for lead nurturing and sales follow-up.
- Develop and manage trade show budget and show properties, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and financial goals.
Sales Enablement & Content Development
- Build a comprehensive library of sales tools, including updated cut sheets, product benefit guides and catalogue, customer testimonials, training videos, and competitive comparisons.
- Drive promotions and product launches with seasonal and operational priorities, working closely with R&D, supply chain and production, in addition to in-house creative teams.
- Collaborate on development of customer onboarding programs and welcome kits that enhance the customer journey and improve retention.
Partnerships & Channels
- Support distributor marketing programs that drive indirect sales and strengthen brand presence within key accounts.
- Partner with the ecommerce and digital team to stand up new B2B web platform and increase website visibility and conversion.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience; food manufacturing or meat processing industry experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to translate technical specifications, product performance and data into sales materials and marketing messaging
- Proven success in working directly with sales teams to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Experience leading a national trade show program with demonstrated ROI.
- Hands-on experience with digital tools (Shopify), email platforms (Klaviyo), CRM systems (SalesForce), and campaign analytics.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to execute against tight timelines.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
