Own the day-to-day execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns and multifaceted projects, driving timelines, alignment, launch, optimization and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Project manage end-to-end omni-channel campaign execution, ensuring milestones, budgets, creative collateral, and performance metrics are on track.
- Own timelines, deliverables, and task delegation across internal teams and external partners.
- Collaborate with channel owners (Paid, Social, Business Partnerships, Influencer, Email, Member Experience, Sales and Other Teams), creatives, developers, and stakeholders to ensure campaigns launch on time and align with business goals.
- Coordinate content planning with Content, SEO, and Paid teams: manage calendars, source contributors (writers, designers, videographers) and confirm deadlines.
- Keep ClickUp (or other project management tools) current, visible, and actionable.
- Coordinate internal communications to ensure company-wide alignment and clarity around campaign launches.
- Drive reporting and insights, create dashboards, monitor KPIs, and present timely performance summaries to stakeholders.

Requirements:
- You have 4 to 6 years of experience managing integrated marketing campaigns, content strategies, or digital projects.
- Strong project management skills: expertise in ClickUp, timeline management, cross-functional coordination.
- Analytical mindset. Comfortable with performance data and making data-driven optimizations.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and confidently with cross-functional teams.
- Skillful at breaking down silos and achieving cross functional alignment.
- Self-starter attitude with a focus on tangible deadlines and outcomes, not just tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Experience working with creative, paid media, or influencer teams.
- Familiar with SEO best practices and content strategy.
- Background in the firearms industry or related fields.
- Experience working with membership-based products or subscription models.
Work Location
While we welcome applications from candidates who desire to work remotely, we offer preferred consideration to those who can work at our beautiful headquarters in West Bend, Wisconsin. For those opting for a hybrid schedule, this involves working in-office three days a week. Remote applicants must have an ability to travel for onsite work at HQ 1-3 times per quarter and accommodate working hours in the Central time zone.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Target salary range $75,000 - $90,000 based on experience
- Eligible for company bonus plan
